Jeffrey S. Bowers, Attorney at Law, was admitted to the State Bar in 1980 and to the WV and US District Courts (southern and northern Districts of WV). In 1986 he was admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit, and in 1988 to the US Supreme Court. He is also a member of the WV Trial Lawyers & American Trial Lawyers Association.

He specializes in real estate law, personal injury, wrongful death, disability, estate planning, and civil and criminal trials. His office is
located at 200 S. Main Street in Franklin, adjacent to the Pendleton County Courthouse.
