Pendleton Community Care in Franklin is a community health center serving residents of the county as well as the surrounding area. Providers are King Seegar, MD; Don Mundy, PA-C; Mary Ellen Wimer, CNP; Mary Bland, MD; and Carmen Rexrode, MD.

Their building is located at 314 Pine Street across the street from the back of the post office. Pine Street is the one-way street between the post office and the Lovegrove building. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and assistance is available.
