Pendleton
County Committee for the Arts
(PCCA) is an organization of volunteers joined together to provide
opportunities for county residents to enjoy and participate in the
arts. They put on theatrical productions at the Smith Creek Playhouse
— an old country church from the outside but an amazingly transformed,
comfortable theater on the inside.
PCCA also sponsors workshops in crafts and fine arts, presents musical performances and works with the local schools to enhance their own arts' activities. These dedicated and talented volunteers have made the annual theatrical presentation during the Treasure Mountain Festival a must-see event for residents and visitors alike.
