Rainbow
Farm is the ideal place for visitors
to Pendleton County, who fish and prefer to do their trout fishing
without the hassle of obtaining a state license.
The rules are simple: keep what you catch and pay by the inch. Under 9" and over 20" are free. Owned and operated by Wm. H. Bowers, Rainbow Farm is 16 miles south of Brandywine on County Rt. 21. It's 4½ miles south of Sugar Grove. Turn onto Crummett's Run Road and drive a ¼ mile. Open weekends from the first weekend in April to the Fourth of July. Phone (304) 249-5132. |
