Potomac Highlands Recreation
Center
in Franklin on Confederate Rd. is a community funded enterprise
that offers a wide array of indoor recreational activities within
its plain, utilitarian exterior.
Visitors will discover a 12-lane bowling alley, roller skating rink, exercise room with 20 Nautilus machines, complete game room, big screen TV, bumper bowling for small children, and a full-menu snack bar with soft serve ice cream.
