The fourth annual Spring Festtakes place the first weekend in May.
Highlights of the weekend include a trout rodeo, bench hound show,
taxidermy show,
music shows, craft vendors, flea market, games, dancing and a car
show.
Friday 2 May Craft Building
Booths will be open for business at 11:00 a.m.
Setup for Taxidermy Show, Flea Market, Food, Information Booths
and Registration for Trout Rodeo from noon to 4:00 p.m.
Used Book Sale
at the Pendleton County Library 12 noon to 4:00 p.m. Music & Dance
Music by "So What" at 4:00 p.m. in the Craft Building
followed by a Lisa Dance Studio presentation at 5:00 p.m.

Fish
Fry Dinner at the Community Building
from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. . Tickets available at the PC Bank, the PC
Economic and Community Development office, the PC County town office

Bench Hound Show
at the Flea Market Building. Sponsored by the Pendleton County Coon

Dance
Square dancing at the Potomac Highland Recreation Center Friday
and Saturday evenings. Dancers will gather on the skating rink floor
at 8:00 p.m. each evening to do-si-do and promenade.
Saturday 3 May
Trout Rodeo
Today anglers may register at 7:00 a.m. Fishing will begin at 8:00
a.m.
Prizes will be awarded to registered anglers who catch the tagged
trout.
Some prizes will be given by drawing from all registered fishermen.
The award ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Used Book Sale
at the Pendleton County Library 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Craft Building
Booth hours are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Biscuit & Gravy Breakfast

Dog
Show
Enjoy the dog show at the craft building from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Car Show
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Senior Center parking lot. Enter
your vehicle or just come to look at all the other entries. On
Sunday, Buster Waybright will be available to collect
your small entry fee and register your street rods, custom, classic
and antique vehicles. The mood will be set by a DJ playing oldies
music. Trophies will be awarded to the top vehicles to enter,
and dash plates will be given to the first 50 entries. For more

Gospel Music South Fork Good News with
Jerry Smith from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Craft Building.
Food is available at stands behind
the Pendleton County Bank and near the Treasure Mountain Craft
Building. Craft vendors will have booths in the TMF Craft building.

method of competing, anglers' cash prizes for released trout exceed
those amounts awarded for trout that are kept.]
