The sixth annual Spring Fest
takes place the first full weekend in May.
Highlights of the weekend include a trout rodeo, box car derby,
special performances, pet show, taxidermy show, music shows,
craft vendors, flea market, games, dancing and a car show.


Friday 7 May

Craft Building
Vendor setup 7 - 10:30 a.m.
Crafts and Flea Market hours • 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
DJ & music 12 - 5 p.m.

Trout Rodeo & Box Car Derby
Early registration at the Craft Building • 2 - 5 p.m.


Used Book Sale Pendleton County Library • 12 noon - 5 p.m.

Spring Fest Dinner
Pendleton County High School cafeteria • 3:30 - 7:00 p.m.

Concert
PCHS auditorium. Roots with Wings featuring Shapiro, Song Suns, Nathan Carlisle & Vapor 4:14. • 6:30 - 9 p.m. Admission charge.


Community Service Award

Presented at the Roots with Wings concert to a student currently in grades 7 - 12.

Saturday 8 May

Trout Rodeo
• Registration at Craft Building : 6:30 - 11 a.m.
• Trout Rodeo hours 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Awards ceremony 2- 2:30 at the Craft Building stage
• Adults $5; children under 12 free.
• Prizes will be given for tagged fish caught and registered with stream marshals with tag intact in trout.
• Some prizes will be given by drawing from all registered.

Box Car Derby
• Driver report time 10:30 a.m.
• Race time: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Confederate Rd (Bowling Alley Hill)
• Event open for children 7 - 12. Prize money and trophies.

Jason Simmons Memorial Benefit
• 8:00 - 8:45 a.m. registration - Pendleton Business Center (Hanover Building)
• 9:00 a.m. 5K walk or run start time - same location as above
• 10:00 a.m. motorcycle ride begins

• Parade 1 - 1:30 p.m. Bowling Alley parking lot to Franklin Town Park

Family Field Day
At the Franklin Town Park from 1:45 - 3 p.m.

Fun Dog Show
• Registration 2:30 p.m.
• Show 3 - 4 p.m. at the Craft Building


Outdoor Games & Activities
• 4:30 p.m. at Thorn Spring Park



Food is available at stands behind the Pendleton County Bank and near the Treasure Mountain Craft Building. Craft vendors will have booths in the TMF Craft building.
