The fifth annual Spring Fest
takes place the first weekend in May.
Highlights of the weekend include a trout rodeo, special performances
by magician Josh Knotts, bench hound show, taxidermy show, music shows,
craft vendors, flea market, games, dancing and a car show.


Friday 1 May

Craft Building
Vendor setup 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Booths open noon to 8 p.m.

Trout Rodeo
Registration at the Craft Building begins at 12 noon.


Josh Knotts - Illusionist & Magician

Two shows: 12:30 - 1 p.m. & 2 - 2:30 p.m. Craft Building


Taxidermy Demonstration
1 - 2 p.m. Craft Building

Used Book Sale Pendleton County Library 12 noon to 4 p.m.

Chicken & Fish Fry at the Community Building from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Old Time Jam Session. Participation open to the public.

Bench Hound Show at the Flea Market Building. Sponsored by the Pendleton County Coon & Bear Club. 6 p.m. Contact Don for information: 304-249-5117

Pageant
Spring Fest Teen Queen Pageant. PCHS auditorium • 7:30 p.m.

Saturday 2 May

Trout Rodeo
8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Awards ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Adults $5; children under 12 free.

Prizes will be given for tagged fish caught and registered with stream marshals with tag intact in trout. Some prizes will be given by drawing from all registered.

Flea Market, Crafts & Food
Booth hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Biscuit & Gravy Breakfast at the Craft Building at 7:30 a.m.
Used Book Sale Pendleton County Library 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Josh Knotts - Illusionist & Magician
2 - 2:30 p.m. outside Craft Building. The show from 5:30 - 6:30 features the Double Straight Jacket Escape. Admission charge: $5 adults; $3 children.


Dance

Square dancing at the Potomac Highland Recreation Center • 8 p.m.

Sunday 3 May
Flea Market, Crafts & Food
Booths will be open for business from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Food will be available until 2 p.m.

Car Show
11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Senior Center parking lot. $10 entry fee. Chamber of Commerce Choice & individual plaques. For more information call Buster at 304-358-2376.

Gospel Music
At the Craft Building from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m.

Children's Field Day
At the Town Park from 1 - 2 p.m.

Dog Show
Enjoy the show at the craft building 2 - 3 p.m. The entry fee is $5.00. Benefit PAWS. Registration at 1 p.m.


Food is available at stands behind the Pendleton County Bank
and near the Treasure Mountain Craft Building.
Craft vendors will have booths in the TMF Craft building.
